All research articles published in Asia Mathematika undergo double-blind peer review. Every submitted manuscript is first screened for plagiarism and assessed by the editorial office for suitability and scope. Manuscripts that pass initial screening are forwarded to at least two independent expert reviewers, with the identities of authors and reviewers concealed from each other throughout the process. Publication decisions are made by the Editors-in-Chief or the handling Associate Editor, guided by the reviewers' recommendations and the policies of the journal's Editorial Board. Articles are accepted with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Asia Mathematika is an open access journal. All published articles are freely available online to readers immediately upon publication, without subscription or registration. The journal charges no publication fees, no article processing charges (APC), and no submission charges to authors.
Asia Mathematika publishes three issues per year, in April, August, and December. The journal has published continuously on this schedule since its first issue in August 2017. ISSN: 2457-0834 (online).
The language of the journal is English. All article titles, abstracts, keywords, and references are published in English using Roman script.
Asia Mathematika adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and its Best Practice Guidelines. Cases of plagiarism, data falsification, image manipulation, inappropriate authorship credit, and related misconduct are handled with a zero-tolerance policy. Every submitted manuscript undergoes a plagiarism check before entering peer review. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized material are rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal may publish a correction or retract the article, in line with COPE guidance.
Articles published in Asia Mathematika are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), and article records with full-text PDFs are deposited in the Zenodo repository operated by CERN, which provides long-term digital preservation. All content also remains permanently accessible through the journal's own online archive.
Authors of accepted manuscripts are required to submit a completed copyright form prior to publication. The copyright form is available on the For Authors page.
Authors who use generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in the preparation of a manuscript must disclose this use in the manuscript. AI tools may be used only to improve readability and language, not to produce or fabricate scientific content, results, or references, and AI tools must not be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work. Reviewers must not upload manuscripts under review to generative AI services, as this would breach confidentiality.
All authors must disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or their interpretation. All sources of financial support for the work must be disclosed.
